I'm not sure why the code didn't work, but it not working properly made me only "somewhat satisfied". Otherwise the order was completed and delivered as expected."

ON the front page they have an order tracking tab, which for me is very important because it is an international shipment and on the shipping confrmation email I received hey gave me a tracing number. Should work, right? Well, sadly, no. A few weeks after placing the order decided to try the tracking to see when I should expect to receive the order, trackin number didn´t work. I did the email thing - we will look into it, and the was told because it was an international shipment it was untrackable - I was like, WHAT? 110$ later and this? so I tried the love chat and same deal 3 times until the last guy told me that they don´t offer tracking and I actually had to point out that on their own webpage they do actually offer tracking - these people are completely rdiculous and the company is not reliable - I will NEVER order from them again and have 2 words for them - SOCIAL MEDIA....."
"Ordered dog food on June 1st..waited 2 weeks and the order was not delivered. I called customer service only to find out that it was 'delivered' that very day as I was home. I told the guy that nothing came, but he insisted that I check with my neighbors, check the side of the house, check everywhere..because, and I quote "sometimes they like to hide it". I felt like I was dealing with idiots. Never the less, he said he would file a claim with FedEx and get back with me in 48 hours. Yeah, that never happened. So I called them again. This time the customer service rep said they could not do anything further and they would refund my money. When I asked if they could just redo my order instead of refunding my money, they said it would be like taking a loss twice. I will not order from this site again. "
"Disappointing second purchase with Entirely Pets. I placed an order on May 23rd and I didn't recieve the order until June 13th, due to a backordered item which held up shipment. That's THREE weeks. It would have been better if I had been offered alternatives - or better yet, to have had the site ship separately. Ultimately, that's what they did, which is totally aggravating. One was a medication that I regret not purchasing elsewhere. I spoke with two customer service reps on two occasions that I wouldn't describe as customer-centric. They did a great job at defending the company's policies/standard operating procedures. Not happy."

Entirely Pets advertises it and they don't tell you they don't have it until AFTER you've ordered it and given them your credit card information. If they were above board, as so many other companies are, they would plainly state on their website they they do not currently have it in stock. I will never do business with them."
