"I usually have a great experience from Entirely Pets. BUT, this time was the worst. I needed the meds asap and shipping regular was free since my order was over $85. I requested 2-3 day shipping and paid extra for it. I placed my order Monday night (1/28) and I received it the following Monday afternoon (2/4). Not Acceptable!!!! I didn't even have a coupon to use when I ordered which is very unusual. Guess everyone has trouble once in a while :(
