"I placed an order on Saturday (1/29) with additional payment for priority mailing which meant that I should have recieved my order on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I called on Wednesday after our mail was delivered and asked why I had not recieved my order. The Customer Service Representative placed me on hold for over 10 minutes and returned to the phone saying my order would be shipped that day. There was no apology or explaination. I called on Thursday and asked for an explaination. I was offered a refund of $2.00 for the difference between priority mailing and regualar mailing. I am an understanding person if I am told a mistake is made, but never did they advise me on the issue. I did not recieve my order until Friday (2/1). My cat will not eat one of the products I ordered and the other has had no affect so far. I am hoping for positive results."

"I found navigating the website to be easy and convenient, and liked how the products were grouped together with the option to ship automatically if I chose to do so. However, I only gave it 3 stars overall because I placed my order 12 days ago and it still has not shipped (to my knowledge). I received an email confirming my order and was told that another email would be sent when they were shipped out, and have not heard anything since - however they took the money out of my account straight away. With other online stores, usually the money does not come out of my account until the products have actually been shipped and are on their way. This is leaving me feeling a bit weary and wondering why I haven't heard anything in so long! If the items (all of them) are somehow not in stock and that is why there is a hold up, I would love to receive an email to let me know. I ordered some items that my cats need as quickly as possible and wasn't expecting it to take so long even for them to leave the warehouse. I realized that since I live in Canada (and paid $20 for shipping) that it would take a while during the shipping process, but to my knowledge the shipping process still hasn't even begun yet, 12 days later. "
