What good is this site if it takes this long to get what you ordered? They have good prices, but I suggest planning ahead and not ordering from here if you need something quickly. "The ordering process was fine, right up until I was completing my order. I did not like the fact that there was a pop-up asking me to take this survey. I tried to close the window, but it locked up my computer screen. I then agreed to take the survey, even though I did not want to, in order to complete my order. Unfortunately, my screen remained frozen, so I had to shut everything down. The confirmation e-mail I received said I would receive another e-mail when the order shipped. When I had not received the second e-mail by 1-7-13, I called Customer Service. I was told that the order was shipped that day, but the e-mail I later received said the order did not ship until 1-8-13. I have ordered products from Entirely Pets in the past, and never had any problems. I was not happy that it took almost a week for my order to be shipped, and I was also not happy that the Customer Service Representative told me it was shipped that day when it actually didn't ship until the following day. I was also unhappy with the fact that the pop up for this survey ended up freezing my computer screen."

"Placed my order but it was not dispatched for 8 days. I sent email regarding order status and did not receiv a reply, but order was shipped next day. Am unable to tyrack my latest order, so have no idea whther it has been dispatched or not. Needed meds for my dog and ordered them with plenty of time to get them before they ran out, but now will have to find something to carry her over until these arrive, as she is totally dependent on these. Strangely, they were dispatched and I got a quick reply when I threatened to cancel the payment for them. Just have to wait and see from here."
