Was told by a gentleman that it was shipped and he would by tracking number, after 10 min on hold he picked up and hung up. Called back to find out that it had not been shipped and would go out today(1/8/13), yesterday and would get a tracking number via email. I did get the email , however at least Dee who was the second person I spoke with was truthful and helpful. I did tell her I didn't appreciate the other person lying and then hanging up on me. We will see if product arrives. Hard to trust until proven otherwise."
