"The online experience and the stores prices are all good. My only complaint is the delivery system they use, tosses packages from the curb to your front door (rather than actually delivering them to the door). This sets up the potential for the items in the package to be delivered broken. I would prefer if they delivered and actually knocked on the door or gently placed the package on my porch as UPS or FedEx does."
