"I submitted my order and didnt receive it. I than proceeded to contact someone on the online chat that told me the order was never billed and not in the system. I then said ok fine, even after getting the request for a survey so the system thought the order went through. I then tried to reorder but the system wouldn't allow me to use my groupon code anymore because it thought I used it already. Called entirely pets and the gentlemen said it was groupons problem. I thought that was odd because it was entirely pets website that was the problem. So I contacted groupon whom stated it is the vendors issue. Almost 3 weeks later, I still don39;t have resolution. My lab has now been without his hip medicine and I had to go to the store and but cheap ones for him until I can get his order. I dont have money to order his meds without the groupon cash already spent."
