"I placed an order on 12/18/12 and paid for 2-3 day expedited shipping but the products were shipped with 10 days delivery. I emailed EntirelyPets regarding the 10 day anticipated delivery and received a response 3 days later stating that due to the order size they could not ship 2-3 day. They did not bother to contact me about the shipping issue; I found out about the delay by checking the tracking number after it shipped. I have not received my order yet, and have not I been credited the extra cost for expedited delivery.
