"I had paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days) but it took twice as long to receive. I don't know if it's entirely their fault because from what I understand there was inclement weather according to what I saw with FedEx. Otherwise, the product I had ordered for my pet was as expected and I did notice that they filled the order quickly as far as the processing time. I would order from them again."

"There are certain items that I always buy from Entirely Pets because your prices are so much better than at the retail store. It also helps when a Groupon is available, or if I qualify for free shipping to Hawaii.

In this particular order, I received a Backorder Notification and was kind of bummed because the items were Christmas gifts for my beagle. However, the next day I received an email that my order has been shipped, except for one toy (PP01486) that was "Discontinued Liquidated - Status: on hold". To me that means you don't have the product anymore, but I have yet to receive any status updates or notification that my card will be credited for the toy.

Other than this hiccup, I am a happy to be a continuing customer. :)
