"I ordered Mystery Mouse for my cat. It arrived promptly. From the photos on the site it appeared that a tail stuck out from under the fabric. In fact they offer replacement tails for sale. It does not. My cat is not the slightest bit interested in the toy. I called to find out how I can return the item. After being prompted to hold for over 5 min., assuming I would reach a representative, I then went into an answering machine. The message said leave your information and someone will call you back. Needless to say no one has. I am very disappointed in their customer service and the product."
