"Their messages to me were kind and thoughtful. However, the flea treatment product (Spectra Sure) I ordered was not in stock. The order has been placed on back order. Their most recent message has indicated that the product may have been discontinued, though it doesn't indicate whether it is discontinued only at Entirely Pets or that it's simply not being manufactured anymore. No replacement product was suggested."
