"Did not receive until 12/10/12. Supposedly Fed Ex attempted to deliever and we were closed. According to the online site, next attempt was not going to be made until 12/11/12. Nothing was left on the door to let us know a delievery was attempted...I paid extra for priority delivery."

I was unable to do so and told my order had already been shipped, although it wasn't until four days later that I recieved email notifying me my order had been shipped. It was difficult and inconvenient to return the package, I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way and still do not know if/when my card will be refunded."
