I felt the order arrived in a timely manner and all items were as described and in good shape.I did buy a powdered lysine product for my cats and the jar does not have a seal????? thought all plastic and other types of containers were sealed with a collar or heat shrink wrap or something. "I have ordered from Entirely Pets many, many times. I have found the prices to be fair. I have always received exactly what I have ordered. Entirely Pets has been very resposive, when I have had questions. This past order, has yet to ship, because 2 items of the shipment have been back-ordered. This is the first time this has occurred. Normally, I place the order on line and the next day I receive a shipping confirmation! I think I would prefer, that the bulk of the shipment be sent and follow with the back order (it has been over a week). Other than this time, I have been very satisfied with Entirely Pets."
