"My first order with your company was great. Product arrived complete and quickly. On 11/09/2012, I ordered 4 items. 1 was removed without notifying me, AND I still have not received my order or an explanation. On 11/22/2012 I ordered 12 items. I have not received those items either. Web site says only 10 items were shipped. I have not received any explanation about what happened to the other 2 items. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! Shipping is taking too long, you are not shipping all items, and no explaination about the discrepancies. I don't like paying your $4.95 shipping charge per order when I do not get my whole order. "I am satisfied with the cost and delivery of my shipment however, when I asked for a refund only hours after my purchase I was denied and told to re-ship item back to get the refund. I had ordered on the wrong day and was going to re-order for the black Friday free shipping but was unable to do so. Customer service did not answer my question as whether or not the free shipping applied to my pet items or was applicable in Canada. "
"i have ordered the triple crown and star mark collars several times from entirely pets. They ship fast and the collar is great for dogs that clients don't follow up with the training , therefore the regular or chokers affect the dogs in a negative way healthwise and it affects the dog's espophogus. The only thing is the extra links are back ordered. These are safer collars to use giving equal pressure, rather than just in the neck. After the first time you don't even have to apply pressure at all. Kathie the dog trainer."
