Initially, I bought togs for the clothes-horsey dogs, but now buy flea supplies, toys, chews, cathouses, and major, seriously major bargains. The ZZ pink camo coat is fabulous, I thought, until Lizzie tried it on. She looked fabu, even liked her tail thingy. My sister just called and frog loofa was croaking at her house. The pig lives here and ointks nicely. Nylabones have been gathered up and hidden in secret dog-places. Thanks for all from all."

"I have used Entirely Pets for my 8 pets for years now. In my last order I received a $6.00 manufacturers coupon for JointMAX and redeemable at EntirelyPets, HelathyPets & NaturalPets. I was pleased as it did not expire. When went to EntirelyPets to order,the code was rejected. I called and service rep said that they don't have to put an expiration date on the coupon (which is not true) and coupon was no good. He There was no attempt to accommodate or to check about other current offers. As I spend hundreds of dollars each year on the site, I simply told him I would no longer do business with them. I used HEALTHYPETS.COM and had no trouble using the coupon!"

"This review is to say that I will not be ordering from Entirely Pets ever again. I used to be a regular customer and always received good service but the last two times I have been very disappointed. They say on the website that delivery is 4-8 days! We travel full time in our rv and it is important that we get delivery as promised. My order placed on 11/10/12 is tracked to be delivered 11/24th that is 14!!!! days! Now we have to make arragement for park staff to "re-send" our product when and if it arrives. We had a reservation for 10 days so thought we would have ample time for the treats to arrive. I think things have changed with this "store" and they do not keep their word anymore so we will not order from them..there are many other sites who offer this product and we will reseach them. I,also, sent an email to Entirely Pets expressing my concern about delivery time and no one acknowledged it!

I am disappointed with the remote collar that was specified for lap dogs, because it is really for all size dogs, which means the device is rather large for a 6-pound dog, the only thing that makes it usable for small dog is that the prongs can be changed out. The dog booties are incredibly stiff. I am returning everything. So it wasn't the service i have a problem with -- just the products."

"I ordered the item and paid for it in full with 2-3 day shipping on Saturday Nov 10. It should have been shipped on Tuesday at the latest (since monday was vet day) So it should have been here Thursday or Friday Nov 15-16. Instead it was shipped on wednesday (3 full days after order and payment), it wasnt in my box on Friday so now I have to wait till Monday. I have a sick kitty waiting for it. That's 10 days between Order and recieving. I am NOT happy. What did I pay fast shipping for ?????"
