"I am very disappointed since I have not received my order yet. I ordered it on November 8th and received an e-mail shortly after on the same day that something was backordered. I called immediately and requested that the backordered item be deleted so the order would be sent (I needed and still need the Glycol Flex III for my 9 year old dog). I have now gone to the local pet store to get a substitue. Today, I called Entirely Pets again and spoke to someone else who assured me that she would check on the order and have an e-mail sent to me as to the status. It's 9 PM EST and still no e-mail. The rep also told me the warehouse has been having trouble filling the orders. This is the first time I've been disappointed with your site, I should have ordered the Glycol Flex from Pet Meds like I started to since they also had a coupon. I ordered from this website because we live in a rural area. I selected the 2-3 shipping option which states, on their website, not Priority US Mail.
The item was sent to me by First Class Mail and I do not receive mail at my home. It should have been sent to my PO Box.
After contacting the company, they didn't seem to care if I got the item or not, and I ended up canceling and won't order from them again.
