"This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Entirely Pets. The 1st time went perfect - quick & easy. They confirm your order and provide shipping information once the product has been shipped. This last time there was a little glitch with shipping. I asked for 2-3 day shipping and paid the extra cost. A few days later I received an email stating my order was shipped and would not arrive for another 4-5 days. I wrote an email to Entirely Pets explaining the situation and they immediately refunded my cost and apologized. It was an honest mistake on their part which happens, however I've had experiences in the past where you have to fight to have it corrected. This was not the case and I appreciate the quick response and will definitely use them again and recommend to others. To me, that deserves 5 stars. Thanks, Michelle"
