"It was awful. Apparently there was a problem with the payment I tried to use (MasterCard gift card), but they did not tell me of this. I ordered the item because I needed it by a certain date; I only found out about the issue when I contacted them myself. By that time, I would not be able to get the item on time. They apologized, but did not offer any type of free upgrade shipping or anything. This is very disappointing. I am not sure if I will use them again since you cannot rely on them. I cancelled the order since I could not receive the item before the date I needed it for travelling with my dog."
"Last year I purchased a 12 month supply of Frontline Top Spot by mistake. I usually buy Frontline Plus but that was my mistake. I had already opened the package before I found out that I ordered the wrong flea treatment. This past October my dog started getting fleas and bringing them in the house. We're into November and I'm still having the same problem. I just ordered a 12 month supply of Frontline Plus and I'm hoping that this problem will go away. However, I still have a three month supply of Frontline Top Spot that I need to use up first. My dog's fleas aren't coming to the surface to die as I was told by Aaron P. in your customer care center. They are deeply embedded into her coat and are getting into my house. I'm not happy about that. "
