"Previously have had wonderful reviews for this site. But had a minor problem this time and it is only minor since the item in question cost a penny. That item was a bonies penny sample and it was not in the package delivered. However the paperwork does list it and it was "checked". Plus this invoice had "stamps" of approval from #22 and @12 but neither noticed that one item was missing. Now this is not too bad since it only cost me a penny but what if it was an expensive small item how can you check something for six small items and say it is okay when there are only five items sent. This could have been much worse if it was a product costing more that a penny so this is just about the principle. If you are going to have QA/QC then make sure it works."

"I had a disappointing experience with my most recent EntirelyPets order. One (1) of the five (5) items that I ordered was out of stock so the entire order was held up. Had I known at the point of purchase then I would've selected an alternate item or chosen to forego it altogether. Or perhaps EntirelyPets could have shipped the 4 out of 5 in stock items so as to not unnecessarily cause a delay. I attempted to contact their customer service via the online chat option but the service was not available. I sent an email but it was not answered for several days. In the end I received my order but it was not without some bothersome follow up on my part. I've previously ordered from EntirelyPets and have been very satisfied on those occasions, hence my return visit."

"Thought the items I ordered would have been delivered sooner. I ordered my items on a Monday afternoon and paid for 2-3 day delivery. I had to call on Thursday to see if my item had shipped. On Thursday I was told my items would be shipped on thursday and I would receive an email with tracking information. I never received anything, so I called again on Friday and was told items would ship on Friday. I did receive confirmation on Friday night that they did finally ship. I was told that I would be refunded the shipping charges and that has not happened yet. "
