"Terrible! From start to finish (it isn't even finished yet) While trying to track my order on your site 3 days after I ordered, I was told that there was no info. So I called your 800# and was told by a woman that she would check into it, she put me on hold for 15 minutes and 7 seconds and then HUNG UP ON ME.
I called back and a man explained why I couldn't track my order and that he would send me an email right away letting me know where my order was. I waited two days for that email. It never came.
So the next day I called back and was told they couldn't tell me on Saturday I would have to wait until Monday. Finally I got an email confirmation on my order being shipped. I got my order two days later and it was missing one pack of advantage. I needed all the Advantage at the same time to treat my pets now I have to wait. Thanks a lot!
