"I placed on order around 9am est. on Tuesday 10/16/12. It was for 3 items and I chose priority mail since I did not wait for ground delivery. By the afternoon of 10/17/12 I had still not received an email stating it had shipped, so I initiated a chat to see what the hold up was. It took 2 different employees and at least 20 minutes for them to check and verify that the items were in stock, but due to high demand it had not been shipped yet. I was assured it would be shipped that day, since they are on the west coast and it was still the afternoon there. Still no confirmation of shipping 24 hrs later. I checked my credit card and there had been a charge put through. I contacted them again and was told it was being processed. I asked if I could cancel the order since I was not happy with the service I was receiving. I was told my record would be flagged, but the order may still go through and shipped. The package was finally shipped late on 10/18 and i received it on 10/22.
It was very hard to get a clear answer from anyone I chatted with. I had a very uneasy feeling about the whole situation.
I have bought from this company before. The order was shipped out the same day even with ground service. I will never buy from this company again. The low cost is not worth the hassle."

My very last order arrived with the wrong items enclosed (please do note their customer service was top notch in correcting the situation). At this point, I am frustrated. I ordered the same items on 10/16, received an email confirmation on 10/18 that they had shipped but my order has not been delivered. At this point, I want my order cancelled, money refunded and I will find the products on another site or locally."
