"Overall experiences was good. I'm not sure when I ordered the items if it said how long delivery would take but I did feel like it took awhile to get the items delivered. I was disappointed with one of the toys as it stated it was an undestructable toy, which clearly isn't true - otherwise all of the other items I have purchased as good. "

"Items delivered promptly & in good condition as is usual for Entirely Pets. Taffy & Rory however were a wee bit disappointed that this parcel did not contain a treat! Last time a sample of the Pegetable treats was enclosed & because it went down very well I ordered a pack this time."

"Not as good as has been in the beginning. The past two times that I have ordered Viyo for my dog it has been backordered and this time for a longer and so far unspecified period of time. If I can find it elsewhere I will cancel this order as I just opened the last bottle and it is important to my Maltese's health."

"I placed on order around 9am est. on Tuesday 10/16/12. It was for 3 items and I chose priority mail since I did not wait for ground delivery. By the afternoon of 10/17/12 I had still not received an email stating it had shipped, so I initiated a chat to see what the hold up was. It took 2 different employees and at least 20 minutes for them to check and verify that the items were in stock, but due to high demand it had not been shipped yet. I was assured it would be shipped that day, since they are on the west coast and it was still the afternoon there. Still no confirmation of shipping 24 hrs later. I checked my credit card and there had been a charge put through. I contacted them again and was told it was being processed. I asked if I could cancel the order since I was not happy with the service I was receiving. I was told my record would be flagged, but the order may still go through and shipped. The package was finally shipped late on 10/18 and i received it on 10/22.
It was very hard to get a clear answer from anyone I chatted with. I had a very uneasy feeling about the whole situation.
I have bought from this company before. The order was shipped out the same day even with ground service. I will never buy from this company again. The low cost is not worth the hassle.

"I love the idea of Entirely Pets and have ordered multiple times. However, two (maybe three) orders in a row...problems. My very last order arrived with the wrong items enclosed (please do note their customer service was top notch in correcting the situation). At this point, I am frustrated. I ordered the same items on 10/16, received an email confirmation on 10/18 that they had shipped but my order has not been delivered. At this point, I want my order cancelled, money refunded and I will find the products on another site or locally."

"I found the website to be easy to find the products I needed. I was very pleased with the prices in comparison with other companies. I am going to continue to us this website for my pet needs. Also, the shipping was fast. The packaging could be a little better but I can't complain as long as prices are low. Thank you for providing products for pets at reasonable prices. It is so expensive anymore to own animals. I have 2 cats and 1 dog. I also have a foster dog I am helping from the local shelter. Thanks again!"
