"It's always great! This time around though, they were late in shipping and could not provide a reason. They did not ship until after I called to find out why because my dog was out of food. She is on a prescription dog food, so I was not happy that it took over a week for them to ship and they could not give an explanation as to the problem, nor did they offer any discount on my future orders or shipping."
