"I was unable to use my rewards and the SHAMROCK promo in the same order. I immediately emailed EPets (twice actually) and it has been days and no one has responded (I emailed sales). If EPets intends to offer Rewards, then those rewards should be redeemable with any order. That I did not even receive a response is unacceptable. I have not yet received my order (I expect it any day), but I doubt I shall be ordering anything from EPets in the future. This is not the first time I have experienced sloppiness at EPets. MJP"

"A few days after my order was processed, I received an email that the ordered item was backordered. No options to cancel the order were offered, and no date of when the product would be in stock were given.
I assume that my credit card was not charged; I'll have to check. I can understand the item being backordered but would have appreciated more details.
