"My order hasn't shipped. I was informed that one of the items is on "temporary backorder," and so they are apparently waiting to ship the second item (in stock) with it. It's been over a week, and I emailed them about the fact that my credit card was charged, but it is unknown when the order will finally be ready to ship (months from now?). I asked that they remove the charge now, and then charge me when the order is complete and its status changes to "ship," because it does not seem fair to have $71 of my money in limbo with no goods to show for it, plus it may take 5-8 days to arrive here once it finally has been shipped. No response from them in over 24 hours about my concerns."

"I first found Entirely Pets because of a Groupon, and I have used their company ever since. I have a cat with hip dysplasia, and we get Cosequin for Cats for him as a joint supplement. We used to get it at the vet or at PetsMart, but I am now saving money... What a blessing. What used to cost me $21 a bottle is now costing between $12-15(and that is including shipping costs), depending on the deal that is going on at the time. I get the emails to know when there are sales. This is all I need from the site, really! Shipping is in a reasonable time, and customer service was responsive when my payment did not to through one time (they sent me an email, I replied, and they shipped the order right away). I have nothing bad to say about this company! I am just very grateful for them! So is my cat of course, too, ha. :)"
