"I recently bought a Q53PRO for my MK6 VW Golf. Installation was so easy and the stereo for the most part worked great. I just had consistent issues with Android Auto disconnecting itself. After a few back and forth emails with Eonons customer service they came to the conclusion that the unit must be faulty and they are sending me out another unit, no questions asked. It's so good to see a business with such great customer service. I will happily buy from them in the future and refer my friends if they are looking at upgrading their car stereo. "I had an issue with a display screen that had gone bad the second time I used the unit. This isn't unexpected with electronics, they either fail quickly or last for a long time. Quality and features are awesome. Is there a better word than Awesome? If there is I would use it for Eonon's customer service. Left an email and over a holiday weekend, I received a very nice email from Evelyn in customer service letting me know my issue was important to them and a new unit is being shipped. Perfect customer service. Evelyn needs a raise! Thank you for taking care of my issue and I look forward for Eonon to help me meet other car audio needs in the future."

"I had an Eonon 10 couple years ago and this is my second unit. I purchased the latest Eonon 12 android unit and installed it in my BMW 540i e39 for over a week now, I am very happy with it so far. The installation is fairly easy and customer support is outstanding. I ran into a power issue at the beginning but thanks to customer support, they provided instructions on how to update the software and it’s working fine now. The overall performance of the unit is far exceeded my expectations and even better than the previous version 10. It connects to the phone using the bluetooth easily and the user interface is not bad at all. I think this is a pretty good deal for the price when one can update an older car with today’s latest technologies. Highly recommended."

"I ordered a Q63pro for my Mazda 3. I received the package within days. I installed the head unit but it had some pixel issues with the screen. I contacted eonon and they were quick to respond with some ways to possibly clear up my screen. I completed a couple of updates and it did not clear the up the screen. I contacted eonon and explained my issue. They were super quick to send out a replacement unit. The replacement unit worked perfectly. I let eonon know the new unit worked great. They sent me a new shipping label to return the old unit. I am extremely pleased with customer service and will buy from eonon again. "
