" I installed the radio on my 2008 BMW E90, it was very easy to install, plug n play no hard wiring needed. It looked amazing! As if it came from the factory with this radio. Did not need to purchase anything more such as any dash mounts or anything of its kind, it was totally worth the money. I had a slight issue and the customer service was awesome! I contacted Customer service and they had walked me through the issue. It turned out my CANBUS was disconnected . So far my experience with this company and product has been amazing I would recommend it to everyone. I still have all my steering wheel controls, I did not have Bluetooth with my stock radio unit, but I do now with nothing else to buy or add. Totally satisfied. "So I had purchased a radio from this company after my family members have and they sent me the information on to buying one of my own. "Recently purchased Eonon UA12S Plus-6G android head unit for my Toyota Tacoma 2019. The installation is pretty easy and the instructions is very clear. They have thought of everything that you’ll need for future upgrades whether adding new speakers or subwoofer. It even has HDMI, Video input, GPS, 3 USB port and etc. You’ll not be disappointed when you get this android head unit. My factory backup camera even works so is my steering wheel control. The support team is also top notch, very knowledgable and helpful to answer all of the queries."

"I have bought upgrade radio for my E46. Previous was also android but old one. New one from Eonon - E46EA12S-6G is a beast. Fast, great GUI, lots of settings, great sound and works like a dream. Canbus have nice feature: show charging voltage, exterior temperature and open door info.

"I just installed this E46A12 9" android 12 stereo head unit from Eonon brand and it was as advertised, excellent price to product proposition! I was a little concerned on all the forest of wiring that was attached to the unit but it was really a 'plug and play' set up and very simple to install it. The 9" screen was perfect and the sound power was good. It also included a back up camera with the purchase as a gift that I installed and was also really good and clear...but definitely harder to install that than I had experienced as it was my first time! Their online customer service was also very responsive and responsible as they are very helpful to any questions you might have. I would definitely highly recommend this brand and their head units for your car if it fits! From a very satisfied customer...thumbs up and keep up with these great product innovations so customers can experience good alternatives to more higher end brands!"

"I bought a basic eonon head unit years ago. It worked well for what it was. Finally needing a replacement I thought I'd try the x20 primarily for wireless android auto. Well after I installed it I spent hours trying to figure out how to connect it to my phone. The instructions were vague at best. I finally got lucky and it worked fine for 3 months. The problems started first wireless android auto failed. Can't get bluetooth to connect nothing. A week later audio settings were giving problems, balance resetting to the left only, volume all the way up when starting my vehicle every time, other audio settings not working at all. Manually setting dark mode when running wired android auto the list is ongoing. I contacted customer support with a detailed description of the issues and the solutions I tried that failed. All I got back was can you send a video....No because its intermittent and I don't have a phone ready to video every second of the day. My descriptions are very detailed and should be enough. There's nowhere to check for firmware updates anywhere. When I did get someone to listen and answer me about firmware they sent me a link to a Kodi download which solved nothing. I made contact again just to start the process over with absolutely no solution. So customer support??? Zero there is no viable customer support. The third time contacting them resulted in the same thing asking for video, then the big run around. I'm officially done with the brand. I will order a new head unit from a repudiable company by close of business today. The aggravation was not worth the savings. My advice spend the extra money avoid the buggy o.s. and quirky features get a head unit that works right out of the box and not these under developed pieces."
