"When I got my first backup camera it didn’t work. So I got in communication with eonon customer support and they were great. The helped trouble shoot and once we figured out the camera must be broken they sent another camera in a timely manner. The next camera worked and I am very happy."

"I had a dying head unit from another company, the screen was blinking on/off after a few years of use. Eonon kept coming up in searches for a new head unit and I decided to take a chance with them. I'm SO happy I did. There was some YT video's of others showing how to remove the existing head unit, and with very little effort I was able to connect in the Q51PRO along with routing the microphone to my desired spot. I tested a call with Bluetooth and the quality with the mic was great. I plugged in the EononODB-II adapter and was able to both test and see so much information about my car.
I reached out to Customer Support with a query and I'm happy to share that their response time was quick and post-sale effort to ensure I was satisfied with their product was very comforting for a 1st-time customer. I will gladly do business with Eonon in the future, and I'm happy to refer them to other enthusiasts.
My next endeavor is to wire in the optional backup camera. This requires a little more effort to route the wiring from the back to the front head unit and tap into the reverse light wiring but I look forward to this fun project!

I would like to share my positive experience with customer service from EONON company.
I bought EONON R49 Android 11 model for my 2002 BMW 540i from Amazon. I removed the old unit and connected the EONON, and everything seems to be fine except the sound each time I turn on and off ignition switch I had only for about 40 seconds. I tried to find solution on YouTube, but I couldn't. I decided to send email to customer service from EONON website.
Evelyn gets back to me the morning of the next day with couple of suggestions I should try to do in my case.
I couldn't be happier, it worked. I'm enjoying the great sound and I'm very happy with that unit

Everything works great as long as you don't screw around with trying to be smart and upgrading things that shouldn't be upgraded.
Eonon support has been fantastic and is relatively fast at replying to emails.
I wish that I had waiting a couple months before purchasing though as the newer version of this unit would have been much better for our needs. It would be nice if they offered an upgrade program."

"I purchased a head unit for a BMW E39 5 series after reading a lot of good information about it and also the fact that it had a lot of value for money.
The experience wasn’t the best (at first) delayed shipment time, seperate parcels, freight being lost and eventually when it came time to fit the head unit the screen did not work (the freight couldn’t be helped by Eonon as it was Aramex that delayed the shipment)
But the team at Eonon we’re quick to respond to any and all concerns I had and they sent another head unit for free express freighted to Australia!

"This is my second time with Eonon. My first radio with them was a D5151 back in 2014 and it worked all the way until my 2007 Mazda3 was totaled in a head on collision last Halloween. I would have pulled out the radio to reuse but the screen was cracked from the impact. Fast forward seven months later, I get another first generation Mazda3 hatchback and I asked the husband to put in another Eonon radio for me. While it's similar to my old radio (connecting to bluetooth, ability to play CD/DVD, still have steering wheel control of the radio), it's definitely different (need wi-fi to use maps). We're Android users so linking it with the play store was a breeze. Eonon customer service is also great! They're very responsive and helpful whenever you have questions. I know there are lots of people who say stay away and go with big brand names, but I go with what I know works for me and what makes me comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending the seller and radio. "
