a. I have ford Explorer 2010 . Your system does not support steering wheel controls of this car because connector does not fit the slot of the GA2168K...
b. you did not provide any software for GPS offline navigation only Google Map
c. Radio does not store favorite stations . "

"The more I purchased stoped functioning (back up camera) and the customer service agent refuses to replace it. They only reply once a day (not on the weekends) and every reply they send has a new more obscure trouble shooting task involved. Everything that they require has been done and all I ask for is a credit towards a new model head unit. Time to go back to Pioneer or Sony I guess"
"Bought the Eonon Ga9151B, fast shipping from Hong Kong I received it in 5 days. Great looking head unit, looks perfectly stock, it's fast and flashy and much better than the original head unit. I would greatly recommend these if you're looking for a good quality head unit, the sound is great, and it's all plug and play! The camera and external microphone are great extras and the USB ports are really handy for playing music or if I'm in the passenger seat for a long road trip I can bring my portable HDD and watch movies and everything else. "Headunit does what i'm expecting for it, even miror android screen on my ceilling mounted dvd via av-out. The sound is good, is very responsive, screen image, wifi and gps signal, also good. Had same issue whit the unit but the support from eonon {Nicky} was great. "
"I got myself a Eonon head unit for my Ford Focus with the reversing camera as well and I must say I am very happy with it, much better than I expected.
Perfect fit for my car, steering wheel controls work fine with it, reversing camera is great and I can use pretty much any of my apps on the car, I can even watch The Grand Tour in the car with the Amazon prime video app! Brilliant!

"The product is good. Sound quality can be better but easily fixed with an external amplifier. Price is reasonable and delivery was quick. Just wished that the android system it comes with had a little bit more features and was easier to navigate through like newer phones/tablets. For instance, i always have my phone linked via bluetooth. So as i listen to spotify on the GA2170 and a phone call comes, I cannot find a way to adjust the ringtone level for an incoming call and the ringing is so loud that it's distracting while driving.

"There were some delivery issue but eventually I received my head unit and it’s installed now. But it needed to be small job done which is frame didn’t fit perfectly so I cut side of original frame.
It also didn’t work perfectly in the first place but it works finely after trying few times of resetting. I have one more thing lastly which I need to work out how to connect OBD II adapter to head unit by bluetooth. Tried few times but not yet.
Overall, Im satisfied with Eonon and it’s valuable and also affordable. I will see few months more and will leave review again. "
