Emails always sounded friendly but they did not mean anything they said. Finally i contacted my credit card company to get my money back. When i told them than than they asked me to stop pursuing the credit card company and tell them what i wanted.. Too late i said. I am still **** off with the first customer service Rep. But now my Radio hit the dust. And instead of throwing it out i contacted them again and this time i got a different PERSON. THIS ONE WAS A LOT BETTER. I had to redo the operating system and they send me a file. It was not easiest thing to do but i did it. And it works a lot better now and i did not have a problem since. I did change the rating from 1 star to 3. would of given 5 if the first problem did not happen

"At Eonon.com "Vichan" answered all of my questions and was very kind. I ordered directly there because of that and because the warranty was better than at "A....." . The unit is awesome . Android 8.0 and Octa core make this unit very responsive. There are so many ways to play your music on it. I Hotspot from my phone and that works out well for me so far. Calls come through well and I am heard by the caller with no trouble, and I didn't even install the external mic, the internal one works just fine. Most everything works very well. Slight bugs are that the radio tuning is a bit off and the antenna is a little weak but not too poor. Also, the "Hands free Calling" , isn't really. Answering can be done with one (Still legal) swipe to answer, then your conversation is hands free. INITIATING a call while driving requires too many steps to be safe. It was confirmed after install that initiating a call cannot be done by voice. Hopefully, eventually, I can find a way to do that. Shipping took nearly a week to reach me, that was a bit excruciating but it was worth the wait. UPS also did not ask for my signature as discussed with the Eonon rep and that was required by my credit card company to extend my warranty coverage by a year, not so good. I am really happy with the service (Vichan remains responsive and helpful after sale ) and unit itself, aside from the "Hands free" issue, it's kind of a biggie though. At a later date, I'll try to pull it from the dash to snug the wires a bit more because, I have encountered the gap under the unit where it meets the A/C controls fascia that many have mentioned . I'll leave pics if I can."

"I am truly satisfied about this headunit I bought for my 2007 Mazda 6! I have everything I want on it, it is really fast and without any doubts, it transformed my whole car. I paid for it 300 dollars with free shipping to Romania and I received a free reverse camera too! The installation was quite hard due to the additional harness I had to buy (Metra). The audio quality got better compared with the original headunit that came with the car. Its design is really interesting: if you choose the right settings on your navigation, the color of the buttons and the wallpaper that would match your manufacter you could really say that it came out of factory with your car :D. Mechanical speaking, this navi rocks a PX5 Octa-Core processor that won`t let you down, 4GB DDR4 Samsung Ram and a 32GB harddrive with the possibility to add an external SD/USB device. For internet connection you have the possibility to add a 3G Modem or you can connect to wifi. The software is a clean and stock Android 8.0 to have the best experience while using it. I have tested Waze for the navi and it is very good, it doesn`t crash or something like this. However, if you don`t like this software you have installed, EONON can provide you different softwares that would really change your navigation but, for a basic user like me, it is enough! "I bought the GA9180A 8.0 for my 2013 Silverado and could not be happier! Very clean sound, retains factory look, having gps offline sure is better then looking at my Samsung phone! Lol. No buzzing or humming like most videos say (they fixed that!) Great job guys and gals!! My only complaint is the door chimes, turn signal and seatbelt sound, if they would fix that, I would give them 5 star for sure!!"
"My E90 BMW (6 speaker non Logic 7) came with a very basic sound system. Looked around and found Eonon was probably the best fit for my car. I ordered the GA9165A with Android Oreo 8. Wow what a nice find! Came within 5 business days. It was easy to install. Looked up videos to do the install. It all works perfectly. I've since upgraded my speakers to include tweeters. It sounds even better. The features on this stereo are very good. Steams music from all of my music apps on my phone. Bluetooth works well and so too does GPS. I definitely recommend this product. My sound system overall improved dramatically.

"I was excited yet concerned about the quality of this unit at such a low price. However, the many positive ratings gave me enough assurance to try the product. I was amazed how quickly it was shipped as well as the quality of the packaging. I could see that this company was concerned with quality. After owning the unit for a while, I tried to perform a firmware upgrade but damaged the unit in the process. Eonon worked with me to get it replaced with a newer and better at a reasonable cost considering they warned me about the risks associated with such an action.
I really feel like Eonon is as concerned about customer service and experience as they are about producing quality products at an affordable price. I've had the unit for a little over a year and it performs flawlessly. I also purchased a backup camera, OSDII unit and DVR camera. They all work great and easy to setup due to a well designed interface. Contacting customer service is great and the helpfulness of the support staff is great also.
