I accidentally ordered the wrong size initially and had to pay for shipping to return them, which was very frustrating. That is the negative in ordering with Epic. Make sure you don't need to return anything. If you don't it's a great option!

"I received no communication that my order was delayed, even after multiple attempts to get a response. I was never told that there was even a delay, until the day my order was supposed to arrive and I was told by customer service after I contacted them, that the order was delayed due to a portion of the order being out of stock. I canceled the out of stock items so the rest could ship. They still hadn't printed the other items, so everything was over a week late arriving. Had they told me of the delay, i could have canceled those out of stock items sooner and still met the delivery date."

I had to take a star away because they were delivered in a plastic shipping pouch without being placed in their own bag first so the package had a little hole in it that occurred in transit which caused a pair of socks to arrive slightly dirty. I was able to get the dirt off with a little soap and water so no big deal "
