"After placing an order, I received a tracking number once the item was picked up by the carrier (UPS). After stalling out 3 days after the order was picked up, my tracking indicated the package was “returned to sender” without any explanation and/or more information despite my multiple attempts in contacting both Epic Sports and UPS. Ultimately, my packages were marked as “delivered,” but never to me, only in being returned.
I did not request a return, nor cancel the order, but I’m still without the merchandise needed for coaching."
