I have purchased adult 2XL Russell warmup jackets in the past but Epic hasn't had them available for some time now so I decided to purchase another brand XL jacket to see if it would fit ok. I couldn't even get it on because it was so small so I'll just have so give it away. The price was reasonable so I won't be returning it. "I ordered customizable medals by placing one in my cart, customizing it and then adjusting the quantity to what I needed. I did not realize that it would not add the customization to all of them. It seems very illogical that it wouldn't. The order system needs to be clearer or easier to use so that this doesn't happen. When I contacted Epic, they said I would have to return and reorder them to get it right, which would have cost me shipping and too much time to get them here in time for award recognition. All the customization is is a printed sticker added to the back. I would have settled for having just those sent, and I would have stuck them on to my medals, but they would not do that."
