"I made an order that I never received and got sent back for some reason. Epic Sports will not give me a refund, and are going to charge me to ship it back to me. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and nobody will get back to me. There is no phone number to call either. "

It was difficult to get a response from Epic because everything was by chat and email. I requested the order to be expedited so it would arrive before my performance date of 5/29/22. I ordered the product on 5/5/22. I finally received it on 6/1/22, after my performance."
