"My experience with this company is that the items take a long time to be delivered and that they were not willing or able to assist when my order was wrong. I ordered 4 pairs of baseball pants with customized piping. I put one gray pair with piping and one white pair with piping in my cart, then changed the quantity to two for each, therefore all pairs should have had the piping. Both gray were correct, one white pair came correct and one were not customized. I tried to contact the company and was not helped. I was only told that I could pay to send the incorrect item back. The website wouldn't even allow me to return them if I wanted because they said they were customized, yet that was the problem in the first place. I will not be ordering again and I will be sure to share my experience with all of our softball and baseball families. Very disappointed!"

Normally I wear an adult large in any other brand and according to the sizing chart it should have fit. I got the shirts in and the adult large is like a xxl in other brands. Way to big for me and then the fact of how my order came in two separate packages about ten days apart made me not be able to return. So good shirts great customer service but the sizing is way off and someone is going to have a hard time finding what size works for them since everything is so different than other brands"
