"When I was about to place an order my sister contacted me about some bad reviews that she came across about Epic Sports and I was so surprised. I have purchased sports equipment and team uniforms in the past from Epic Sports and I have had good experience every time. The website was intuitive, the prices are good, ordering process was easy, the orders' arrival were timely, and if I had any questions, customer service was responsive.
With my order, however, there was a glitch because of my order's jersey sizing. I contacted Customer Service and they were great, working with me to resolve the issue. But the Norton Shopper Guarantee thing kept emailing me about the 30-day window closing and to open a claim, so I did that thinking maybe I should regarding the sizing issue, since it's just a claim, and I could withdraw it later. I realized later that that was a mistake because the Sales department thought I filed a complaint. So even though the issue was resolved and I was given some credit to re-order for the jersey's wrong sizing, I couldn't do the ordering and the Sales department told me I am blacklisted and cannot buy from Epic Sports ever again. I was very upset and sad and kept writing to Customer Service (and Norton), because it really was not a complaint. Customer Service eventually came through for me and I was able to place my re-order. My re-order of the larger sized jerseys were correctly sized! I was so happy, and thankful for Epic Sports' Customer Service for their understanding and working with me. It was a good experience after all.
I have and will continue to recommend Epic Sports to colleagues, fellow coaches, teammates, etc., anyone who is looking for a good value in sports equipment and team uniforms!"

"My shipment was late, I got a notification that it was going to be late so I tried numerous times to cancel my order and when I finally got a response I was told it was already packed and I couldn’t cancel. It was still 2 more days until I got a tracking number so I feel that it could have been cancel. To return the items after I received them I had to pay shipping and a restocking fee so I would have been without the shirts and owning money so I decided just to keep them. The quality of the shirts is great, but the customer service was awful."
