"On 4/15, I ordered team shirts for baseball tournament to be printed with names and numbers on the back, was then emailed a million times that order was in progress with ETA of 4/30. When 4/29 rolls around and order has never shipped, I contacted customer service only to find out the shirts were “in queue” and hadn’t even been started!! Since they wasted 2 weeks of my time when I need these for a certain date, I canceled the order and ordered from Jiffy Shirts - got my order from Jiffy THE NEXT DAY on 4/30. Now Epic is STILL sending me emails on 5/1 saying “order in progress ETA 4/30” this company ****. I would highly recommend you NEVER order from Epic Sports, take your money to a reputable, honest company like Jiffy Shirts who will actually do what they say they will do.

"I understand that the ETA is an estimate. I remember when Epic Sports gave and ETA and if it was late, it was late by a day or 2. Not a week. Needed a jersey for a game, and it didn't come in on time, so had to make do. Thank goodness it was not a high stakes league where uniforms need to be perfect.
