"I've sent SEVERAL emails about how I received a faulty ball that will not hold air. I was told that I needed to send pictures of the ball with the number and air valve hole. I also was asked in my final ordering submission page if I wanted to switch from Tachikara Volley Lite balls to EPIC's version of volley lites. I needed these balls for a youth volleyball program we are running. I switched to save the club some money. I received the balls and they are NOT VOLLEY LITES at all. Now I do not have enough balls to sufficiently run each station for the program. I submitted a return form, and received a VERY vague email stating , "You can select the items you wish to return, if returnable, and a return authorization will be sent to the email on file.
Once we receive those items back, we will issue you a refund to the original payment method. Please note: There is a restocking fee on some returned items unless we have a new purchase that is placed within 10% (or higher) of the cost of the items that are returning. This fee will not apply to items that are housed in the Epic Sports Warehouse. Restocking fees are refunded automatically if a new order is placed within 30 days. Sometimes these are two separate transactions.

I RECEIVED NO SUCH EMAIL WITH A TICKET TO STICK ON THE BOX TO RETURN. Now I get an email saying my window to return has closed. I am so very disappointed in this correspondence. You should have a phone number for someone to call so that they can receive an explanation as to what to do more than the carbon copy email you send to everyone that wants to return. My club and high school teams need new jerseys and ball carts, and I assure you I will not be purchasing it from this company ! I will also be following up with the better business bureau. "

"Everything is fine on product and delivery, but returning something and trying to ask a question and getting a response from an actual person is impossible. They are talking about a restocking free and I wants free returns. I’ve heard back about no restocking fees for my order, but still need to hear back about free returns. The stuff I want to return is only worth 5$ so it’s not worth paying for shipping for that. The prices on there product are really good though. I’ll just have to make sure what I buy is something I definitely need and won’t have to return."
