"I tried cancelling my order shortly after I placed it, but it was giving me errors. I called and the representative said that while it was too late to cancel the order, I could return the product after it was delivered with return shipping covered. It was delivered, and I tried looking for instructions on how to return it. There was none online, so I called again and they said I would have to pay for the shipping back myself. Even after I explained what was said to me before, the person just said “That’s the policy,” was unsympathetic to my requests, and even ignored one of my questions which I had to ask multiple times.
Basically, I was told multiple different things by different people on how to return my order (like where to send it) and nobody was helpful in answering my questions when I asked for clarification. I still have no idea where to send this product, and literally don’t know who is running this operation. Epson products are of quality, but their online store and service are that of a third-world operation with no care to their customers needs. Do better, Epson. "
"I've often ordered products from the Epson Store and have been very satisfied with their service. Last month, however, I responded to a special $350 rebate offer on the Epson P800 printer and was extremely disappointed when my credit card with a more than sufficient credit limit was rejected. By the time I was notified and contacted the Epson Store to correct the problem, the promotion had expired and they would not extend the rebates, despite the fact that the mistake was theirs. I subsequently cancelled my order and bought the printer from a different supplier.
Two weeks ago, I placed an order for paper (not available from my other suppliers) from the Epson Store. The credit card I used for this purchase was the same one they rejected earlier, but this time my order was immediately approved and the order was delivered even earlier than promised. (Order number and date provided.)
Almost immediately after that, I received a promotional email from the Epson Store announcing that they were renewing the previous promotion and rebates. I must say that felt cheated. Surely, the agent who earlier had denied me the promotional rebates must have known the offer was going to be renewed and could have informed me of that.
I will continue to purchase products from the Epson Store, but I will favor other suppliers when the cost and service are competitive.

Don't say you were not warned... Still waiting for my order, two day delivery means that you get it whenever they feel like it. They do not refund and you can only speak to someone with only a first name that cannot help you and his manager will be back in 30 minutes if you want to call back. There are many reliable dealers to choose from, this is not one of them."

I have been building computers and processing digital images for almost 20 years.
I have owned 4 different brands of printers. All in the $100.00 to $500.00 range. Photo quality is important to me. Customer service is important also. With two of the other brands I have owned, I was treated as though I was bothering customer service with my problems. I have only had to use Epson Support 2 times. A few years ago They sent me a BRANNY NEW photo printer when my REFURB unit would not work. They spent 15 minutes on the phone with me doing diagnostics, to find the printer had the wrong controller in it. In 2 days I had a NEW printer, not another refurb, NEW with full factory warranty, for my troubles. Shipping free!
Last week I bought ink, and two of the colors showed up in printer properties as being almost empty when I first put then in. Epson is replacing them free. They are friendly on the phone and treat you like they want to keep you as a customer.
And Epson products are top notch."
"BEWARE OF EPSON REBATES!!! Purchased an Epson 3880 printer from the Epson Online Store in November of 2012 which had a mail in rebate for $300.00. Submitted all of the required documentation and as of 2/8/2013, still have not received the rebate check. Went on line to check the status of my rebate check and noticed my address had been entered by the rebate center incorrectly, but a check had been issued on 1/7/2013, which had not been sent. Called the rebate center to tell them they entered the wrong address, gave them the correct address and was informed it would be another 3-5 weeks for a new check to be issued! Told them this was unacceptable and called Epson's corporate office in California where I was directed to Executive Customer Service. There I spoke with Colleen who assured me they would directly contact the person responsible for issuing the checks at the rebate center to have the matter resolved quickly. We shall see . . . until then BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY EPSON WHEN OFFERING A REBATE.
