"I don't understand all the bad reviews. I went to wood working forums and saw nothing but good.
I have ordered twice. First order was on a Friday, for $160.00 , I received an E-Mail that same day saying the order had shipped. It arrived Monday.
The second order was on a Sunday for $60.00 , Received E-Mail on Monday saying it had shipped. Received on Wednesday.
Very good prices and very fast shipping. I'll be ordering more from CPO.
Three days later-
This is an update to my review since I had to contact customer service due to a missing piece in an item I purchased from CPO.
Their service representative was very friendly and helpful. They could not replace the missing piece since they are a distributor of parts, not the manufacturer. They do not have spare parts laying around, they have complete kits. This is something you need to understand when buying from a distributor. Every manufacturer can have a kit go out their door with a missing part. It doesn't happen very often, but we are all human, and it can happen.
What happens when it does is what's important to us, the consumer.
CPO was very apologetic about the incident, and gave me the manufacturer's customer service number. Contacting the manufacturer myself is the fastest way to get the part replaced. CPO knows that too. The company I had to contact was Teknatool,the maker of Nova power tools and accessories. They were great to deal with. In less than 5 minutes I had explained the issue, gave them the part number to the missing part, they took my name and address, and said the part would be in the mail today. They were also very apologetic and friendly and thanked me for my patronage.
I am still very happy with my purchase with CPO. This issue is beyond their control.
If you are going to make a purchase online, understand this.
If this is something that would bother you to the point of writing a bad review about a distributor, then you shouldn't buy online. Go to a big-box-store where you can open everything you buy before you take it home.
This is the first time this has happened to me on an online purchase, and am happy with how it turned out.
Note: I have had this happen twice on purchases made at big box stores. Just saying."

"High quality products at a low price, compared to stores. Service-after-the-sale, is excellent.
I have been building computers and processing digital images for almost 20 years.
I have owned 4 different brands of printers. All in the $100.00 to $500.00 range. Photo quality is important to me. Customer service is important also. With two of the other brands I have owned, I was treated as though I was bothering customer service with my problems. I have only had to use Epson Support 2 times. A few years ago They sent me a BRANNY NEW photo printer when my REFURB unit would not work. They spent 15 minutes on the phone with me doing diagnostics, to find the printer had the wrong controller in it. In 2 days I had a NEW printer, not another refurb, NEW with full factory warranty, for my troubles. Shipping free!
Last week I bought ink, and two of the colors showed up in printer properties as being almost empty when I first put then in. Epson is replacing them free. They are friendly on the phone and treat you like they want to keep you as a customer.
And Epson products are top notch."

"I am an avid builder for 7 years now.I rebuild a lot of computers from spare parts for friends. I also have built 8 Hot Rod computers from the ground up. The greatest challenge is bringing old clunkers back to life with newer technology. Comtrend was very friendly and helpful on the phone when I needed to inquire about compatibility concerning Rambus memory and this Gateway I'm working on. Price was the best I found for RDRAM. Items arrived when they said they would. Packaging was good. Memory works fine. And I was told by others I would be lucky to find memory to work in this 5 year old Gateway. I am very satisfied, Have recommended them to my friends, and will buy from them again.
