I called them at 7:00 a.m. Monday (1st business day when they were open after placing my order) to see if I could add the part to my original order. No changes to the original order could be made; if I wanted the part, I had to place a new order with an additional $7.99 ordering fee. Shame on me for not making sure I had identified all the parts I needed before ordering; shame on them for not being able to make any additions to an order before they have begun filling it."
