"Once upon a time, there was a man, a very tired man at work struggling to stay awake. This man ate too many carbs(which was a mistake) and just wanted a new coat to keep him warm and looking good. Next to this man were 3 chad-like characters, who only talked about going to the gym and how to work-out.
