I did a little research and realized I had recieved a differant brand, the Powercolor Radeon 9700 Pro (worse quality). I informed them of this error and I was told to return my card for an exchange. I immediately sent the card back. Now, 2 weeks after I first ordered the card, I get an e-mail saying they don't have the card in stock, so I will have to find the card elsewhere. This store has been a major inconvenience for me."

Website information on item was VERY VERY minimal: no pics, just summarized listing. Be careful as technically this leaves room to have them send cheaper items at the same price.
They said they shipped after 3 days but the FEDEX package was CANCELLED as I was notified by FEDEX.
Their support is non-existent and no one seems to man the phones. I have been LITERALLY trying for 4 days to call them. No one ever answers.
So eMail was my next best option.
No one there either as you can see from the following tracking result:

DO NOT GIVE THESE FRAUDS ANY BUSINESS: They charged my creditcard instantly, shipped NOTHING within the advertised 3 days, are NOT responding to support requests. I have given them an ultimatum: resolution in 24 hrs or I will put in a fraud claim and take all necessary legal action to 'screw 'em'.
UPDATE ON Feb24: FINALLY LEFT COMPLAINT WITH PRICEWATCH.COM AND WARNED THEM FOR PENDING LEGAL ACTION YADDA YADDA YADDA... AND GUESS WHAT. eSToreToGo sends me an eMail that they cancelled my order, sorry about the delay and the bad review.... Bla bla bla. These guys need a lawsuit and quickly too before they upset other people.

"I will never order from this place again. I ordered a video card, memory, and floppy drive. I get an e-mail a few days after placing my order that it has been shipped. A few hours later I get an e-mail saying that the order has been cancelled due to the video card and memory being 'depleted'. I hate when these places list items as "in stock" and they aren't. "I ordered a stick of 256MB PC2700 Samsung DDR memory on 12/12/02. I got a confirmation email with an invoice the next day. I didn't pay for any special shipping, as I've usually had good luck with ground shipping, and I try not to be too impatient to save money. I was surfing around looking for a Christmas present a couple days later when I came across this site. I began to worry about my purchase from Estoretogo when I looked them up. I really began to worry when I got no notice of shipment email, as I'm accustomed to getting from other e-tailers.
Well, the memory came, but it didn't show up until the 23rd, via FedEx (which I never asked for, but they didn't charge extra for it, either) from Secaucus, NJ. I thought this was kind of strange, since they purport to be in California. I recently found on this site that they seem to work with other e-tailers in NY and NJ, among others. Anyhow, I open up the box, and much to my surprise, there is a MICRON Technology 256MB DDR DIMM inside. It came with an invoice clearly marked "This is a revised sales order" and listing the Micron as if that's what I ordered! Keep in mind I've never had any contact with Estoretogo other than the 1st order confirmation.
I ordered the Samsung both because it's well rated, and because that's what I currently have in my system. It's obviously better to keep the DIMM brands uniform in a system. Well, after reading all the problems with RMAs listed here, I pretty much decided to keep the Micron DIMM, as it looks brand new, and still has all of the "Crucial Technology" (a division of Micron) warranty stickers in place. I figured it would just be the cost of my "lesson" for not checking here before I bought.
Unfortunately, when I stuck it in my system, it wouldn't boot to Windows. It would only go through the BIOS and then re-boot after the initial Windows XP startup screen. This was when I had it in there with my stick of Samsung. I didn't think of trying it alone at the time, so I'm not sure if it's faulty or if it just doesn't get along with my Samsung memory. I'm not overclocking in any way, just straight CAS 2.5 at 333MHZ (or 166 MHz, really, since it's DDR).
Since then I've emailed the sites RMA and customer service email addresses, and tried to call at least a half a dozen times. The phone rings off the hook, but no answering machine, and no reply to the email. I'm thinking I will have the Memory tested at a local computer shop, and if it's good, I'll sell it on Ebay. If it's not, I'll go to my credit card company and dispute it.
Bottom line, STAY AWAY from this company and thier partners, L-Buy and Z-Buy. Go to NewEgg.com instead. It was only a few bucks more for what I wanted. "
"I tried to buy some ram from these guys and got an email saying that I entered my CC information wrong. I tried to call there "866" number to resolve it, but there was no answer. I tried to call for 2 days straight and let the number ring for 10 minutes each time. I then sent them an email telling them I could not get through by phone and they did not respond. I then sent another email saying if they don't reply I will consider my order cancelled. Then they sent a response back saying to correct the CC information just resubmit the order on the web. I thought it best at that point not to resubmit my order.
I not saying that they are a bad seller because they don't answer the phone, just made me a little weary to do business with them. I have to wonder what would happen if I had problem with the shipment or need to return it. How hard would it be to contact them then?"
