"Hello. I just want to let you all know that I purchased (2) 256 mb RDRAM Samsung modules from estoretogo, and my purchase arrived in 2 days, and worked perfectly in my Dell Dimension 8100. I dont know why everyone is giving this place a bad rap, but I can indeed attest to the customer service not answering. Other than that, everything was as perfect as newegg.com, or crucial.com. Thanks.
Mark"
"Give these guy a break. I really don't have any problem with my order and I am very happy with the product. With this price, you gotta expect they are small computer firm with limited resource for customer support. If you want better customer service go with buy.com or amazon.com.
Let me give some detail as follow:
I need to buy two 128MB PC800 800MHZ RDRAM, they carry SAMSUNG and their price is $83.34. The cheapest among other at pricewatch.com at the time.
1. Place order online at around midnight of Nov 20.
2. Received confirmed email:
Subject: Thank you for shopping
Date: Wed, 20 Nov 2002 00:41:42 -0500
3. Received shipping confirmation email from FedEx:

"I wish I would have found this webpage BEFORE I ordered from these guys. But since I didn't here is my story...
Okay, I needed a K62 500MHz CPU and two sticks of pc100 (128MB) for a customer upgrade. Found these guys on pricewatch.com and they had descent prices so I order the CPU, I had a bit of a brain kramp and forgot to order the memory with the cpu so I made a second order. I e-mailed these guys and told them to combine the order to save on shipping and packinging materials. I get no reply. So I send an e-mail complaining that I get no reply. Finally someone replies but all it says is "The order was shipped and the tracking # was sent to your email address.
Thank you for your business." The tracking number was not sent to me so I e-mail them AGAIN and tell them to send it to me. Then some other guy e-mails me and we cancel my order cause I am tired of all this calling and e-mailing with no response. He's pretty nice about it and canceling was the only good experience I have with the company. He offers me a discount for future orders and a phone number that I should call if I want to get in contact with the company (apparently the 1800 is just for show). Okay, so I order the parts I need from somewhere else. I check my e-mail today and guess what, they send me my tracking number and thank me for the business, I checked the tracking number and the product is almost here and I checked to see if my account had been charged, it had. So now I got an extra cpu and memory that is totally useless! I will not do business with these guys ever again, it is not worth the headache. I have not recieved the products yet so no word on if they will actually work on not, I'll let you know. Bottom line, dont do business with these guys!"
"The tech support for this company is virtually unresponsive. I get either the answering machine or nothing at all. I ordered a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer v3.0 on the eighth and they immediately sent a confirmation. Afterwards, though, they send me an e-mail saying my CC was wrong. I reordered and they processed it correctly this time. If they dare charge me twice, I'm suing them for everything they've got.
Third day, confirmation but no tracking number. Throughout the entire process, I never once received a tracking number. Fourth day, they send me an email saying that the item is on backorder so I send them an email back saying to cancel the order. No response on the weekend (thats ok).....but then on Monday, they email me saying that the item has shipped in full and thank you for my business. I'm going to wait and see if the item has actually shipped (3 day shipping means it'll come Wednesday). If it doesn't I'll make sure to contact the proper authorities to come and bust these punks.

"these dirty schmucks. I was looking for a good price on ram and to my delightful surprise i found this legitimate looking website via pricewatch.com with 256 MB micron pc 2100 ddr ram for $113 with 0.50 shipping cost for three day shipping. My order went through as normal as any other site and i recieved an immediate email confirmation on my order. However two days later i recieved an email saying my credit card info was incorrect. And seeing as how i had ordered from newegg one week prior (& had product issues which were immediately remedied) I deemed this impossible. I went back to their website and went through and began to punch in my info and as i did so XP brought up what i had previously entered and guess what : ALL MY INFO WAS CORRECT I EVEN SHIPPED THE STUFF TO MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS! Now if they cant even process wa frickin credit card order just think what might happen if they take the money out of your account like good 'ol canadian boy above me.
!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
"Interesting to read the other comments. I didn't have any problems which makes me wonder if they might be trying to get better. Who knows. Anyway, I ordered a Promise technology EIDE controller card. They emailed a confirmation, shipped it on time, and I received it as promised. Haven't installed it to check it out yet but you bet I will now."
"I ordered a MSI KT3 Ultra2 motherboard from these folks. After ordering it, I was horrified to read the reviews here. Lucky for me, everything arrived on time, packaged nicely, and as described. No complaints."
"This company's tech support is very shady - I contacted their tech support for an RMA & was contacted by the tech support people from Z-Buy.com - very curious. And the experience became worse from that point!"
"Well, I almost choked when i saw the prices; $73 for an IBM Deskstar 60GB drive. I was also quite surprised when the order shipped on the third, the first buisiness day back. Then things went downhill from there. The package wasn't delivered for a week - even with third day shipping - and the floppy was DOA. It came from the package minus about 8 or 9 pins on the data bus. I've yet to get a RMA though.
"
"Really bad experience.
Had the motherboard shipped to a US address, and then repackaged to send to where I am at now, in Canada, because the company does not ship internationally. It cost me $91 for the motherboard, $18 for shipping to the US address, $26 in shipping ot the Canadian address, and when it got here, I had to pay $80 candian for taxes on it.
After all that, the board's bios is dead. The company will not cover shipping charges. The company will not send it back to a Canadian address if I exchanged it. The company will charge me a 15% restocking fee if I were to return it. When it was their faulty motherboard to begin with.
If I were to attempt to remedy the problem by shipping this board back to them, I will have eventually paid twice what the motherboard is worth in taxes and shipping.
On top of all that, They gave me 7 days, or 14 days after the purchase (which had already passed by the time the RMA was issued) to send the board back to them.
And to make matters worse. They never answer their company phone.
I highly suggest you do NOT do business with these people."
"DANGER. This company is incredibly shady. They have some very good prices, but beware. I placed a good sized order with them a week ago. They didn't send me a tracking number or confirmation of shipment. I e-mailed them. no response. e-mailed again. no response. tried calling yesterday, they weren't answering the phones. Finally today someone answered the phone, my first contact with them in a week, and it took her nearly 20 minutes to tell me that "they didn't receive all the information from the order", and it had been cancelled. Their customer service is virtually unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. "
