Since we live in the United States It was kind of a leap of faith since we coundn't try them ahead of time but when we arrived they worked perfectly. We just followed the instructions and had no problems calling within the same country, calling another country, calling each other, and one call back to the United States. The only wrinkle was that there was sometimes a brief delay so I had to learn to allow a sec for the other person to hear. We looked into renting an emergency phone for our daughter to use while she is in Spain this summer. Renting was so expensive, and she would have had to pick up the phone in Spain. The only plans they offer were with unlimited calling and texting, but we just needed it in case of emergencies. Eurobuzz will save us well over $100.

I am off to Prague in late May and will be placing some test calls to ensure the phone works. I will post back then.
