After unsuccessful phone attempts (the number calls a vacation sweepstakes or "free" discount coupon scam, I get some response from the online assistance who gives me a return number and mailing address. I asked to get a refund on the overnight shipping charges since they sent the wrong part - no response or refund and it's been two or three weeks. BUYER BEWARE!"
