They hid all the posts on their Facebook page from consumers who never got their orders or their orders are severely delayed. That's shady in and of itself. Their shirts are itchy and cheap. The shorts are so thin they're see-through. The socks are way too thick for soccer socks. Customer service representatives are rude and snarky. They ship their orders several weeks after the order was placed, and they won't refund you for any reason. Save your money and go anywhere else.
I placed my order in July and paid for 2-day shipping. $113 for two shirts, one pair of socks, and one pair of shorts. Shirts and socks took 7 weeks to arrive (got them September 1st) and the shorts are arrived teo days ago. We're more than half way through the season.
When my order was already 5 weeks out, I reached out and tried to cancel my order since I paid for items to be used this season, not for less than half a season- they're basically worthless. The email responses I received were terrible customer service, useless boilerplate language, and passive aggressive and unprofessional snark.
They basically said that I should have been aware they are contracted to customize orders, so they are all nonrefundable. It is unreasonable to assume customers are aware of a company's various contracts. It is also unreasonable and unprofessional to throw that in their face when they want a refund for items that are for a specific season that is already almost over, especially when that order was placed nearly two months prior.
They have zero incentive to ship orders on time since as soon as the order is placed they have your money, a policy that prevents returns under all circumstances, and the gall to ship it essentially whenever they like, regardless of when the order was placed."

"I’ve ordered uniforms for two seasons now. Both times shipping has taken close to a month. Last year it was 3 weeks. This season it is looking at about 4 weeks and delays are blamed on production delays relates to covid. I’m still scratching my head as to how a pair of shoes have Covid related production delays...."

And for the shipment, the previous date write on the web site when you make your order is a fake.

"Recently ordered two jerseys through soccer.com. I am currently a "Goal Club" member and used to shop here frequently. However, with this order specifically the company sent me promo codes to use for 4.99 shipping and 17% off. I entered the promo codes and the site tells me the discounts are added. I finalize the purchase and see the receipt which has no discounts, but the regular price and $10 shipping. The site is deceptive and customer service refuses to assist. Will not shop here again."

"Warning!!! Do not buy your soccer uniforms or gear from here!!! Everything arrives very late (even if you pay extra for rush shipping), they do not offer tracking information so you can know the status of your order, calling customer service will cost you an hour of your time waiting on the phone (and they do not offer clear or helpful solutions- they only say that they do not have access to that information), and they have unexpected delays that push your order back a week even after getting an estimated shipment date (according to customer service "that is only an estimate"). They are shoddy crooks! Avoid at all costs!"
"I order a pair of cleats on June 17th, the day they were released to be ordered. These shoes had a ship date of July 20th. This is common for some newly released cleats to have back a order ship date. I called on July 20th to check and was told they are in stock but will be shipping next week. At this point i could have ordered these shoes from England and still gotten them. Soccer.com told me they would be shipping soon. The cleats did not ship a week later. I called and was told the new date was August 25th. August 25th came and no shipment. I call and now the shoes are out of stock. Soccer.com has gone to complete crap."

"I placed an order for a team jacket, which my son needs for a tournament the following week. I ordered next day shipping for $30 to ensure I would get it on time. I placed the order and saw that the ship date was two weeks from now. Next day shipping would be useless, as the jacket would arrive too late for the tournament.
I called the company to cancel. They told me that there was some issue with their system, and that they'd send the cancellation order in, and I should check back on Monday.
When I checked back, the order had not been cancelled. I was then told that it would be impossible to cancel the order because their system won't allow cancellations. They said I'd need to wait for the item to come and then return it.
If that's the case, I told them to change the shipping so I didn't need to pay for express shipping that I don't need. They said that, no, they can't do it. So, I'm out the $30.
I'll never order from this company again."
"I've been purchasing from soccer.com/Eurosport for a long time, but they seem to be having issues as of late. Most recent order was placed on 11/3 and took 13 days for it to finally ship. There was no mention of any delays to be expected. My order still shows an estimated delivery date of 11/7. I also contacted them 10 days in while the order was still "processing" and they were unable to cancel my order because "their system doesn't allow it." It is 11/19 now and I still have not received my order. Their prices are usually very fair, but it does not seem to be worth it for the three weeks it takes to receive my order. "

"Ordered cleats for $270 on 8/17. A couple of weeks later they were ripping out, defective. We called to try and replace them with something else. Nothing in my son's size. Asked for return label. Sent the cleats back on 9/22. As of today, 10/14, cleats have not been returned or processed by facility, and they claim that once they are received it will take 3 weeks to process credit. Obviously this place is having issues. So, now I have paid $275 to soccer.com and another $200 plus to another company where I had to order new cleats while I wait for my refund. NOT HAPPY! "
