"I placed an order and did receive the parts. The problem was that I ordered the parts in a gray color. They took it upon them selves to send one part in a white and the other in a tan with out notifying me. When I called dissatisfied the rep said that they figured Id want to clean my house. Then notified me that I'd have to pay for the return."

"I was pleased with my experience at Evacuumstore. Got my item quickly. Only problem was it was a different color than pictured. It was the power nozzle for a canister vacuum so the two pieces don't match anymore. I opened the package on a Sunday and was able to call and talk to someone that day. I just wanted to make sure it was the correct part despite being the wrong color. Then I couldn't get it to work and had to call back two times. BTW, it was my fault it wasn't working. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful even though I was being a bit crazy. I only gave it four stars because the color was different than the picture and my vacuum."
