"Very pleased with the seller's responses to my questions. The vacuum cleaner is excellent !!!
I am absolutely willing to give Mr. Shaw a 5 star rating; however, pay pal gets a 1 rating for all the garbage it put me through and the lack of response to all my requests for refunding my money. I ended up paying again but to the seller via certified mail. Pay Pal still has my money and won't return it !

"I received the delivery of my vacuum on the date promised. The gal that cleans my house hasn't had a chance to use the vacuum cleaner as of yet but she is very excited about getting to use a top of the line vacuum from a quality manufacturer of vacuums. My daughter researched the different brands of vacuum cleaners for a week and she feels she made a great choice in purchasing the Miele Marin Canister Vacuum. It had great ratings by customers who had purchased a Miele vacuum for the first time and also by customers who were replacing their Miele canister vacuum that they'd used for 20 years. I expect at 86 years old I'll never have to purchase another vacuum in my lifetime again if previous owners of Miele canister vacuums had gotten 20 years of use out of them. I'd rather pay more to make one purchase of a quality high rated product that will last for years than to have to purchase 5 of an average run of the mill version of that type of product over 20 years. I figure I'll spend less by purchasing the quality product that's going to last me for years and years. I'll update my review if after using the product their are any problems but I don't think I'll end up having to do that. My daughter's a good shopper. ????"

"I wish there was an option to give NO stars, they don't deserve that one. I ordered a EUREKA Quick up cordless charging stand and transformer from the eVacuumStore.com. When I received it I immediately put it to use. The next morning, I took the battery off and it didn't work. I got out my volt meter and it was reading at 0 volts, the one that originally came with the vacuum reads at 6.53 volts. I contacted customer service and she sent me out another one. When I received it, I put my volt meter on it to check the volts, and it still read 0. I contacted them on July 23rd and I was put on hold for several minutes only to be told someone would have to call me back, and I was told it would be the same day. I called again on the July 28 and sat on hold for over 5 minutes before I hung up. I then emailed them asking someone to please get in touch with me. I called back again on July 29 and sat on hold for well over 5 minutes. I hung up and emailed them. They emailed me the same day and asked me to call them!!! I proceeded to tell them to contact me because I run a business and I can't afford to sit on hold. I never heard back, so I tried again on Aug 1st only to be on hold yet again. They emailed me back on Aug 4th and asked that I call again. I called them on Aug 6th and was placed on hold (surprise, surprise) and the not so nice gentleman said he couldn't help me, someone would have to call me back. AND when they did call me back, Bob told me I was not doing something right, that it was user error! I even have a picture of my charger and their charger on a volt meter and you can plainly see that theirs are not working! His response was to tell me that I’m not using a volt meter correctly. I'm a mechanic for over 35 years, I believe I know what I'm doing. I can't believe that he had the nerve to insult me. And as if that wasn't bad enough he asked me why did I even need 2 chargers? How is that any of his business? This company is a joke! "

"I ordered 100 style c Multi Filter bags for my electrolux vacuum. Before I ordered them I called and asked if they were Genuine Multifilter 4 ply bags as was shown in the picture and they said yes they are, go ahead and order them. Many days later I recieve a box of Enviro care bags which are 2ply btw and junk. I called them to complain that the item was not as described and not as pictured. They first lied to me telling me they are the same bag, made by the same company, just now they use different material to make the bag cause they are better than they used to be. They continued to lie assuring me it was a 4 ply bag the same as what I had. Myself having to know cut one of my Multi filter bags I had left apart and one of their Envirocare bags apart and seen there is only one layer of filters in the Envirocare bag and 3 layers in the Multifilter bag. Obviously not the same product! So then they tell me I have to pay return shipping if I want to send them back! Nice company. NOT! Liars and thiefs. I give them an F in every facet of business! Do not buy from these Crooks!

"The people who run this company are criminals. They lie, they switch products, and they provide zero customer service. BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a very expensive vacuum cleaner (over $600) and it broke within 2 uses. When we shipped it back (at our cost) they said it was destroyed and sent back a different vacuum than the one we sent them. All the way through the transaction process they were rude, lied and provided no support. It was the worst online shopping experience that we ever had!"
