"I ordered a part several months ago and was told it would be in around Christmas time. When it did not arrive shortly after it was supposed to I had to contact the company to find out that it would not be available until the 15 of February. I am still waiting for the part as of this date, February 20, and have not heard a thing from the company. They did charge my credit card for the part when it was ordered,not like many companies that wait until the order is ready to ship. GGGRRRR!!!!!"
"I find it very difficult to believe that you would even send me a customer experience review. You sold me parts that you said you had in stock but didn't. It took over 3 months to get my parts. Your customer service representatives both misled me, and then lied to me. And I pad 3 to 4 times what the item was worth. In short I got royally screwed by your company and will likely not use you again unless it is an extreme emergency on my part. Even then I won't trust you!"

"I have have used this site several times, but never had to contact customer service..I ordered bags and after two weeks when nothing had arrived, i called..the young man who answered the phone was less than interested in my call..he made that abundantly clear by his snooty tone and air of annoyance....I gave him my tracking number and asked if could see what the delay was...he sighed then put me on hold...he came back several minutes later, sounding as if he was chewing on something, then stated that they were on back order.. I asked if he had an idea as to when they might arrive..he stated he didn't know it wasn't his problem ..then sarcastically asked if I had any other questions and hung up....I like that I can get several bags at a discount rate, but have elected to pay more at the store"

"I placed an order on 1-23-2019. Wasn't told that one of my products was on back order so they held all to my full order. When I called they said they would see if they could send me my partial order. I received an email stating that my order was sent out on 2-11-2019. Well on 2-18-2018 I received the back order but not the partial order. I called them back and was told they didn't have what I needed so they said it will be on back order and won't receive what I need until April! So why did I receive the email stating they sent my order!! I cancelled my order and told them that as unprofessional! I called 3 times and 3 times they gave me different stories.
