"They sent me the wrong hose and after too many phone calls and sending pictures of the wrong hose and also told several ways in getting this issue made right I am still out Almost $100.00 and still incorrect hose. Now I have been sent a returned label and gotta take to FedEx and yes call again to give them the tracking # before they will sent out my correct hose. Sorry service and yes it give me a bad attitude but when i spend my money upfront and sent wrong items and still i am the one doing everything to get it corrected and t told i still got to wait on the returned item get in route to them before th item i have paid for get sent out, well it is not good service."
"I ordered a vacuum cleaner on Thursday the 9th, with delivery on the 13th, no later than the 14th. I called them the afternoon of the 13th because I hadn't received a tracking number. They told me they didn't have in stock the vacuum I had ordered, and paid for. They told me that thought they would have it by the 14th, and I should have it by the 17th. That means that they took my money when they didn't have what I ordered, and couldn't deliver it when they said they would. Also if it wasn't delivered by the 17th they would send me a prepaid return label. Had I known they didn't have what I ordered, and couldn't deliver it when they said would, I would not ordered from them."

"I called about 1 of 3 parts that didn't fit. They told me to send it back and I paid for the correct part and received it on schedule. They never acknowledged the return and did not respond to 2 emails inquiring about the refund. When I called they assured me they would refund my money the same day (16 days after they received the part back). 8 days later after filling a claim through PayPal they offered a "partial refund". It was a $1.25 difference and I did accept it. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned."
